I was actually expecting to read that you'd given the lady $10. for her knife, cuz that's the kind of guy you keep demonstrating yourself to be! I really enjoy your stories about where your knives originated, it makes the posts much more interesting, and often quite comical! Brad Zinker designed "Dogtooth" (WE Knives) with Rosewood handle. (Check out the interesting complex grinds on the blade.)

Ostap Hel designed Civivi "Clavi" with Green Burlap Micarta handle.

Very rough texture...as you would expect from burlap.

Those 2 knives are stunning ~Q~! That is the very first Brad Zinker made knife I have seen that hasn't been at Arizona Custom Knives, I'm sure some of you guys have posted some, but that's the first I've seen! I've never seen that grind before either! Pretty much the same story for your Civivi, but those I have seen off that site! Very nice knives bud, enjoy them!

Great knives Q. I like both of those. I’m partial to wooden handles so the Brad Zinker knife really appeals, very nice wood on that one.
