I have a 1980's Queen two knife sheaf with one fixed blade medium hunter and a two blade folding. The fixed looks like the standard Delrin 8 1/8 long w/4" blade. The folding is 3 3/4" folded but it looks different (stag/bone?) and I can find nothing that looks exactly like it after going thru the 1980,81 and 1982 catalogs. It has a 2 7/8" clip and skinning blade.
Thanks for any info.

They both look like nice bone. Magnify them and you'll see tiny remains of blood capillaries. There appears to be a small crack in the folder, like bone will have. They're really nice. J.O'.

Thanks for the reply.
I looked at them thru a loupe and from information on this site and others they are both Bone and not Delrin.
Thanks again for leading in the right direction.

Nice knives Don! For what it's worth, I have a Queen tang stamp chart that indicates that the stamp on your folder was used from 1981 to 1990, and after 1990, the year was often included on the stamp. Hope this helps.

Re: Queen folding "Q knife tang" ID
I have been trying to identify this Queen knife set on and off for quite some time and finally I found the answer.
