Wright pocket knife
I have a pocket knife with a W stamp on the bolster and wright on the larger blade tang. It has bone handles that are pretty worn. Just wondering if anyone knows info on Wright pocket knives. The blades are both spear point.

Welcome to AAPK. Goins’ Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings lists 3 different companies having “Wright” in the stamp. A. Wright & Sons Sheffield, A. Wright, W. Wright, none of which have any additional information. Which means the author had seen the stamp but was unable to find any information about it.
Pictures of your knife might help. From them we could determine what kind of knife it is, possibly the approximate age, etc. Better yet someone here might recognize it and be able to tell you more.
