Case Muskrat with Unusual Shield

Guys,
I am attaching photos of a 2007 Muskrat I got in the recent purchase. This is a knife that has never been carried, used, etc. and it has a round shield with the image of an anchor and XX. In our research area and under shields, I can't find anything like it. I will add that it came in a real Case box but sort of a generic Case box in that there was no label on the box.
Has any one run across this shield before and can you tell me about it?

I guess the nautical shield was done to match the teak handles since that wood is ubiquitous on boats for decking and trim.

Truth is, I didn't know it was teak. I was aware that teak was used in boats and since this is stainless, I guess it would work out.

They replaced the deck on I think it was the USS Texas and you could obtain teak from the original deck(could be wrong on which ship). I wonder if it was a commemorative knife from something like that?
