Great pair, like those bones. Great knives.

Great pair and great bones on those too. Really like the rugged oily creek bones on your pair. Beautiful knives.

David, I-Man, and GSPTOPDOG: nice carries, one and all! ::tu::

The two SAKs and the olivewood Opinel are still in my pockets. Today they're joined by this Imperial fish knife. I suspect it has managed to retain its factory edge. A few swipes with a Dixon Ticonderoga may be in order.

Nice one!

I know quite a few people who have used the crap out of their RATs and they're still going strong. I have been meaning on getting one for years, and I think I'll finally get one next week. I can remember when they were less than $30, but even at $35, they're pretty good for the price, and not Chinese-built. There's also the BRK/Esee Avispa, mostly sold through Blue Ridge Knives associated dealers, which personally, I like the blade-style on better.

GSPTOPDOG, thanks, that is one of the best compliments I've heard. Great to hear a pic elicits that kind of vibe.

Dan in MI, thank you very much and I feel the same about yours.

geocash your shots do the same for me, right back acha. I"m a bone lover and sometimes these threads of pictures inspire me to grab a certain knife myself. Lots of times I have switched out, or picked a certain pattern based on how other peoples knives look and make me feel. Mutual respect and appreciation. Thanks again.

DM11, another great pair. Love a good Schrade whittler and classic old school Stockman. Beautiful knives, and sweet to see them together.

Great looking EDC's gard & David! ::nod:: ::tu:: :D

This week I am giving three knives a ::hmm:: Promotion or Demotion, depending on how you look at it I guess. ::shrug:: Anyways, I took three knives out of my showcase to add them to my EDC rotation. ::nod::

1) Camillus 72 (SLK MOD)
2) Böker Solingen
3) Schrade Walden 808 (if I'm seeing the stamp correctly)

Not really sure how old any of them are but I took pictures of the stamps in case anyone is interested in that. ::shrug::

Thanks for looking friends! ::handshake:: :D

Nice trio, Tom. I really like the bone on the Boker. My best guess is it's from the 1960s.

I had never considered a Congress until I found a Boker in an antique store for a very reasonable price. I love it! My shield just says Boker and the bolsters aren’t struck, but I really like yours. Both of your knives, geocash, are awesome!
