I'm guessing 1946-50. Check the "Tang Stamp Chart" in the "KNIFE RELATED Q & A section. J.O'.

Also, that knife has celluloid handles that are outgassing.

CAMC4B, BSA # 1052.
Same as the CAMC4A, but with white cracked ice (Nu-pearl) handles instead of the black handles. Manufactured 1949-1953 according to Levine's guide
