Amy seems to enjoy her Knife Assistant role, plus I bet she might get a corner of a Pop-Tart from time to time. I like your creative garden knife display. ::tu::

Nice combo, QS. ::nod::

Beautiful Leek. Great color on the Case too, but that Leek reached out and grabbed my eye. Nice set up and photo too. Great perusing the whole page and thread everybody. Keep them coming.

Quick, I always like seeing the Orvet custom Case slimline. And love the Oregon shield. Great pair.

Nice carries from everyone!

Like Tom, I typically carry a knife for a week or two at a time. But I think I'll try a different carry every day of this week. Inspired by John, I'll have a theme as well: bought from, or gifted by, AAPK members.

Today's carry is a Craftsman 95067 with "ACA Edge," the Camillus S1705 I recently purchased from TripleF (and bonded with almost instantly), and a Camillus 99 purchased from Orvet last year.

Very cool, Dan. ::tu:: I did POS Exchange knives for a week once, I think I'm doing Canoes this week. 🤔 I don't think I've done them before.

Nice pair!

I have a standard Leek, but prefer the Scallion and Chive. Can't wait until those get back from Kershaw for sharpening and some slight adjustment. May have gone overkill when I sent off basically every Kershaw I had handy. My sharpening skills had made pretty much all four worse than they were to start with (which wasn't great).

Supposed to be a rainy work week so I'm breaking out the Canoes, -131style. First up is a single back spring from 1977.

Those are some beautiful knives...though likely far out of my budget.

Today's carries were purchased from Roland (Kootenay Joe) last year: a Schrade 219 and a Primble Belknap 934.

I've used a variant marketed as garage door lubricant (but still silicone-based) with pretty good results. As long as the knife is clean and dry first, and the spray is used sparingly and allowed to dry, it should work well, and not attract pocket crud and dirt as badly.
Thanks for the tips ::handshake:: I am in Southern Arizona and it has been windy lately (only for about the past 4-5 years :x ) and dust is everywhere ::skeptic:: and I am outside all day, so my pockets actually end up with about 1.4 lbs of dust in them by the weekend. I also tend to over-lube, instead of a squirt, I like to hold down and spray for about 90 seconds or until the can goes dry, whichever comes 1st ::dang::

I should know this, but what pattern is the slender Stockman? It reminds me a lot of a 61OT.
