Cattaraugus question.

Post by DMLEATH »

I haven’t found a number on this one- does anyone recognize it and could point me in a direction to research? It’s a neat old knife 3 3/8” closed. Thanks in advance for your input!

Maybe. ::shrug::
The length isn't the same and the file appears to be different.

Nice looking knife. Is it a split back spring or 2 parallel springs?

I have the same knife with 33689 stamped on the back side of the small blade. It is not a split back spring.

Looks like it has a catch bit spacer between the secondary blades. Some sit on the springs between the secondaries and some also separate the springs. That one looks like one of the latter.
