Let us know how that works out. Always curious about others experience. I have done that on several knives and some of them it makes the spring suck in more at closed position making it meek instead of proud, not flush anymore. Not a bit deal since it's still flush at open, but it did affect the spring closed. You win some, you lose some, some are a draw. Good luck and hope it works out, would love to hear the review.

Done this to a ton of knives with no big issues but will post up about it

Today's Throwback Thursday Barlow is at least 120 years old according to Goins. Still solid, excellent snap and sharp enough to bite into a Mandarin skin.
