Vintage Sheffield pruning knifes

Hi my friends I am a collector from the uk and collect old
Sheffield pruning knifes . Just wondered if there any many other collectors that collect these knifes be nice to see some pictures I will put some pictures up of mine .

Hi Ryan in also from the uk, I dont collect pruners but have had a few over the years, especially saynor's , these I sold a while back , only pruner I have now is a Joseph Rodgers pruner that was issued to the GPO , the original handle was knackered so I re did it in stag ::tu::

Most of the vintage Sheffield pruning knives with stag handles that we see here have blades worn down more than 50%. People buy them for the outstanding pieces of stag.

Fantastic knives. Those old Sheffield knives with stag covers are just beautiful. You don't see stag like that anymore, or very rarely. Thanks for posting.

Hello Ryan, the only knife with a pruning blade I have is a Colonial Old Cutler 4 blade stockman . Certainly not in the same league as those beauties you have. Welcome to the forum.
