Thank You Marc. I really like the Pony Jacks, but at 2-7/8" closed, it is about at the limit of a small knife I will carry. About the only times I will carry one is if I am wearing Jeans that have a watch pocket.
Thanks Dan!

Real nice Jamie!
I'm a big fan of melon-testers provided they only have 1 blade, and just about anything Parker is o.k. by me!

Thank you mark I don’t have many of those melon knives….it falls into the same category as your toad sticker, but I was wondering what Walmart employees would think about taking it to the melon area and whittle on their melons?

This totally unexpected gift was in my mailbox today, and it came from my buddy Jamie from JamieinWV! I've had this knife on my "Watchlist" for close to 6 months, so you can imagine my surprise and delight to find it in my mail! 9" oal with SS hardware, gun-metal aluminum covers, and unique button-linerlock release. A very proud addition to my stilettos! Thanks Jamie!

Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............
Well, finally after 21 days, this knife arrived in my mailbox yesterday. it was mailed April 20th. I and the seller had both filed a missing package with the USPS. I was told by my postal worker that they are behind and shorthanded all over the country, but this doesn't really explain the loss of updates and the package being misdirected to other states erroneously. I believe that due to the shortage of workers, the USPS has hired some of the old Pony Express to help deliver packages. But due to recent regulations implemented at the request of Peta, the ASPCA, and EPA (horse poop ya know) that they're having to use bicycles instead of horses. But I digress.
Here is the knife. Another addition to my Steelies and G.Schrade family, A Stainless Steel hawk bill pruning knife. The tang stamp is G.SCHRADE KNIFE CO. INC over B'PORT.CT.USA over STAINLESS. The blade has an etch with SUPERTEX RIBBON CO. over DON O'CONNEL. The body of the frame is stamped in script with "Say It With Flowers"underlined over STAINLESS STEEL. I'm figuring it was a promotional give-a-way knife. The knife is like new, great snap, doesn't to appear to have been resharpend, and just has a few spots on the blade. The blade is high polished and the body is a brushed finish. Not sure of the age of this one. The only thing I could find on Supertex Ribbon Co. was in New York City & was established in 1955, then around 1971 was re-established as SuperTex Textiles Inc. which was dissolved in 1993. Here are some pictures, all this knife needed was to oil the joints.

Zero Tolerance (ZT) 0456 fresh from the mailbox. I've been wanting one of these for about 4 years. Ever since they were discontinued but the asking prices on the secondary market were way too high.
Finally got lucky and found one in great shape for less than they sold for new. Thank goodness I snagged it before anybody else did.
