Everyone’s posting some mighty fine knives! I haven’t posted in a while, so here goes. I thought Ole Shoe and Methuselah could use a buddy. Picked up this yellow CV Kickstart last week. It’s a little small, and takes some getting used to to open. I was surprised with the good quality control on the Kickstart. Thanks for looking, stay safe everyone.

Thank you! I wanted to try something different than my usual stockman or backpocket carry. I carried a whiz bang quick opener years back. Always had it on me. Carrying the Kickstart the same way. I like the paw paw looks of the Kickstart, but also like the one handed opening feature of it as well. Have a good one!

My apologies buddy,
I didn't enlarge your picture so I didn't see the Xmas trees! And your sense of fashion is commendable! LOL!

I've been drawn to the PENA X-Series front flipper Wharncliffe Swayback with natural Jade G-10 handle ever since it was released but I just couldn't bring myself to fork out $275 for it. When I found a brand new one on sale for substantially less, I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. Glad I did...it's a cool looking knife IMO and a Wharncliffe Swayback is right in my collecting wheelhouse. Also, I'm a sucker for black blades & hardware which makes for a nice contrast against the jade G-10.
(The first photo is from a dealer's site because I had a hard time showing the true color of the jade handle in my photos)

Very Nice "Q". I agree, the black Warncliffe blade really makes the knife pop.QTCut5 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 11:22 pm I've been drawn to the PENA X-Series front flipper Wharncliffe Swayback with natural Jade G-10 handle ever since it was released but I just couldn't bring myself to fork out $275 for it. You boys are bringing home some pretty nice cutlery, I see. Each one ticks a box for me, a nice selection to choose from.

I tried posting individually earlier, but we all know how poorly the site was running and it wouldn't allow me to "Submit" anything, so, I just want to comment on all the really beautiful cutlery everyone has been showing, it's been quite a treat! Thx!
