Electricians knives
Here's a collection of electricians knives. The three opened ones are a remington lever lock, a Winchester balde lock and an Empire lockback.___Dave

Re: Electricians knives
Nice collection!
I think the oldest one I have is a Wostenholm Wireless Knife, which dates to the 1930s, and the oldest American-made example being a WWII Camilllus TL-29. However, most of mine are probably no older than the 1960s.

Nice knives, guys! I only have one - M.Klein & Sons that I can’t determine the age - I use it as one of my EDCs.

If you are going to only have one, you might as well have a good one, and that Case is a good one.____Dave

Re: Electricians knives
Dave, I think the Remington deserves a post (and more pictures)
all of its own. I don't recall having seen a double-ended electrician before.
Quite unique

Here’s a few that are lying around here : Pal. WW2 Period . Group of Camillus TL-29s . A old Red Devil . Pair of Bone handled WW2 Period . And the US Signal Corp kit from 1916/17 period . Here's a UNION, Olean, NY, lockback, built with just a single blade, double-pinned butt spacer; and a CATTARAUGUS 21087, etched, "Radio Electrician", two blade.

Re: Electricians knives
I carry an Electrician's knife quite a bit. Lots of advantages, easy to find one US made, cheap to buy a used one in most cases, good large strong blade with lots of "meat"/width to sharpen over and over again.

+1.
That's a good one!
Here are some recent photos of my Case 12031L. I need to get off my duff and give it a good cleaning. There are plenty more I could show.
