My Camillus and Holub hawksbills. The Holub is an electrician's knife variant.

Nice knives, John.

I was completely unfamiliar with the Holub name and with the town of Sycamore, even though I am from Illinois. It is up in JerryD territory. According to Goins that knife was a one and done, made by Camillus in 1974. It appears that no other knives were produced beyond that pattern. Would you/could you post a couple more pics of it? I would like to see all the blades, thanks.
Lastly, welcome to AAPK!

Thanks, Ike.

Here is the Holub/Camillus fully open. Sycamore is near my old stomping grounds, but I never noticed Holub. Also shown is my other (spear point) electrician's knife for contrast, an 'M. Klein & Sons Chicago', not made by the electrician's plier guys, I suppose.

Hi, just came across a pocket knife I used as a kid some 40+ years ago. It's been in my tool box since then. It's a Saynor Cooke & Ridal with an ebony handle. Any information on it's age etc would be interesting.

Shug: Saynor, Cooke, Ridal-- Sheffield, England,1840-1868. Other Saynor partnerships, 1866-present. Looks like an old one but probably not able to date it exactly. Good luck, J.O'.

I'd never seen this pattern and in a 2 months time ran across these 3. Haven't seen any since. The end of the blade is interesting in the fact it's exceptionally blunt. Be a great first knife for a boy.
