A close up picture of the tang stamp might help, if it is legible. Apart from having a brand name and the tang stamp it is difficult to date the knife.

Per Goins’ Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings the Stainless Cutlery Co. New York City stamp was used c 1924-1940. It was a brand owned and used by Camillus Cutlery Co.
