Keen Kutter by Bear NKCA Youth Knife 2010
This is the 2010 NKCA youth knife. Made by Bear for Keen Kutter. This knife is a beautiful tangerine orange, which is described as Carmel bone. There are so many things to mention w/ this knife. According to Carl Bradshaw’s website about the NKCA knives, the first 75 knives had the wrong date etched on the blade. However this is knife number 74 and it has the correct date 2010. He does mention that the blades are marked 2006. The etching says that this is one of 400 and Bradshaw says there were actually only 350 produced. This is an interesting knife just for all the mistakes that were made. Never carried or sharpened and comes in the original collectors tin w/ paperwork.
