CONDITION:   New old stock in box with Remington certificate of authenticity.

DAMAGE: Has one dark spot on the pile side of the spey blade.

ADDITIONAL INFO:      I was able to find a little bit of information on series of Remington knives. What I found was The “New Tang Stamp Series” were made in 1988 by Camillus. There were supposed to have only been 2000 knives made of each pattern. I don’t know how many patterns were produced, but I will be offering four patterns for sale. This knife comes with a Remington certificate of authenticity. The COA states in part; “This limited production commemorates Remington’s moved to Madison, N.C. and the issuance of a new Remington tang stamp.” I have had this knife for about 10 years and it has remained in the box all the time. It still feels like it has some of the original protective oil on it. I purchased it in March 2008 from Collectors Knives.
