The Eye's Have It!

Post by drm1017 »

I thought maybe a current thread to post new acquisitions or favorites was needed, so I'll post my first German Eye purchase, a Stag Stockman. Clip blade is stamped 425DS. Can anyone provide me info regarding that number?

That's a beauty Randy! ::tu::

As far as the model number; I know that the 350DS is the small stockman, and that DS stands for Deer Stag.
That's about it.

Old thread, but what the heck. I didn't know anything about breaking down GE model numbers, but looking at my wholesaler's catalog, a '350' stockman is 3 1/2". A '425' is 4 1/4". Strange, but only all the stockman knives are coded like that. Listed at $80 wholesale and MSRP is $160.
