Nice ones, Jerry. I would like to have the whole flag series. I've picked up a few but only have a couple photo'd and one is on the way back to Vic for repairs.

You'll have to forgive me Josh. My opinion of SACs is still colored by those cheap Chinese POS multi-tools.

I find them to be very strong., but you have to use them on smqll stuff. They wont be as good as regular big pliers, but still pretty good, they make a very good substitute for tweesers.

I get all that Josh but you know how first impressions are, they're difficult to erase from the back of your mind. I'm very pleased with every one of the SAKs in my pile but that little niggle is still planted deeply in the brain cage and won't let go.

Jerry! There have been several changes over ths years to these pliers. the new ones have a crimper and are made a little thicker, They really can come in handy in a lot of situations. Wenger, I believe, in the past made a slip joint pliers on their knives. ftd

Great knife and find. Would probably be nauseous if you told me what you paid after I bought mine nib. They made those in 08 and 09 and then a small run in 2011. I have that model and a little darker colored version that was very limited run. I'm currently looking for the first red alox that's has red scales with white cross and brass liners. If anyone runs across one let me know.

My two latest are a silver Harvester with black shield and a coveted, very rare Electrician Duo Plus that a friend across the pond was kind enough to sell me. The Harvester is 37/50, the Electrician is 17/50.

This is a bit different:How about a S.A.D.?(Swiss Army Deskset) Picked this up at a yard sale awhile back and just noticed the name embossed on it when I went to use the scissors.Back folds out so it will stand up;has scissors;a mini stapler;a letter opener;a magnifying lens /ruler graduated in inches and millimeters;and two small storage compartments.Cost me a whole dollar.
