Can someone tell me about this knife?

Hi there:
I've had this old pocket knife lying around for years and I've never been able to find out anything about it.
Has anyone ever seen this before and do you know anything about it?
The front says "The Condor 1/2 Watt Made in Holland" and on the reverse is a picture of a factory complex of some sort.

Looks like a German made advertising knife.
I measure my collection by the ton.

Is there a name or symbol stamped on the tang like maybe an eye ? It bears quite a resemblance to a Schlieper Eye Brand .
