Another one to the collection

Post by Camillus »

I just ordered another Hubertus to add to my collection, it is a Hubertus Solingen Z-2000
Not your every day Hubie and is the only coil spring knife Hubertus has made, LIMITED TO 1000 ever to be made!

I'll post pic's as soon as it arrives.

I used to have the first 100 serial numbered pieces, including number 1. They are interesting knives.

Here is the HUBERTUS Z 2000
It is #380 of 1000 produced, with blade steel made in Sweden
Light weight knife and has an adjustable screw for opening speed of blade!
Very nice knife for under $200

All I can find out on the steel composition is Svandik Swedish Stainless, most likely a high grade of stainless steel.
If anyone else knows, please add to this link!

Darkserv had given me some good info on my new Kershaw, with the Svandik steel, he said mine was equal to a 440A. FTD
