Perhaps some other guy with the GEC Grand Open knife the only 11 were made and see what serial number he has in his bolster.
GEC 23 Pioneer Ivory Casien 2006 # 217 SS OPEN HOUSE.

Thanks mike and big monk I do understand now the way big monk said it. It just did not sink in the first time I read mikes answer.

Yes the GREEN one is a 2006 acrylic. I picked up 3 others also and have them in my safe. It was that I have this photo of the GREEN one and no knife is all. I was trying to figger out why. :?

All of this confusion is caused by me putting them in my DANDY STORE. I want to get things RIGHT.

I haven't looked for it; but there was a thread some time back with all these same details. Seems like someone even posted exactly which numbers were the caseins....

On the NF #72 Red Stag serialized the back side of the blade is etched 1 of 25, the non-serialized version I don't know the numbers, but if we want to keep tabs add one n/s.....

They started serializing the first 25,then the others, were not----I think they were going to make 25 un-serialized,but sometimes end up short or over that number, depending on materials available----count won't come out till mid 2011 ???? ::shrug::
