Just a Sodbuster - but look at those handles!

Post by Capt. Farrel »

One of the nicest Sodbusters came today! ::woot:: It is the large backlocking variant and I have never seen handles like this. They look like burly wood but are made of some kind of acrylic. I don´t think it´s cello (and hope for that!) but they really got that deep grainy look. I think they´re just awesome! ::woot:: ::woot::

Dang Skipper. Are you sure that's not burl wood? Those handles are beautiful.

It´s incredible, isn´t it Jerry? In certain areas you can see right through those handles onto the brass scales. But it still looks like burl wood. ::cb::

Now that's nice. I'm not a sodbuster fan, but I'd be proud if that one. Ya done good!

Wow!

That's really nice.
I've seen those for sale, but never saw a close-up picture.
I think I might have to have one of those ::woot::

When the knife your grandfather/father carried or put up is handed down to you...treasure it...open it up from time to time...and by all means, keep it!
