Dovo Hartkopf Teufelskerle

Post by Capt. Farrel »

Normally I am not particualr keen on Gentlemens Knives but this caught my eye with its beautiful abalone/MOP- handles. Its NOS as well and made by "Hartkopf Teufelskerle", a brand later bought by DOVO Solingen. "Teufelskerle" means "daredevils". The knife should be from around 1970 if I am not mistaken. ::hmm::

That's a piece of artwork. Consider how much skill it took to do all that inlay work and fit all those pieces together so perfectly. Very, very nice ! ::tu::
