Got this simple handmade Higo no Kami Dai friction folder off of Amazon for less than $20.00 delivered from Japan. It features Hitachi Blue Steel san mai blade steel and is shave sharp.

Jim I bet I could do 99% of everything I need a knife to do with that little gem. Nice find! ::tu::

Only $18.00 and free shipping from Japan. I'm sure it will do most jobs and the edge on it is scary sharp. Popped the hairs off my arm like they were nothing! First friction folder I've ever owned.
