Jacks or Better to Open...

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Jerry, that 6106 would have made an awsome edc back in the day. Farside, I think that the '99 patterns are much under appreciated. Those are some fantastic knives!

Here is my Texas Jack. It now has an older blade than the 10 dot that was on it. It has a new secondary blade also. I just pinned it back together last night and have not started the finish work yet. I think I will put a good edge on those new old blades and put it to work.

The listing also calls it a "Premium jack". I do not know the origin of the name.
