Brown bone gunstocks
These first generation Bulldogs are finally starting to show up on ebay and I managed to snag a few. The 3 blade is bkc# 10a, the razor is bkc# 14a and the spey is bkc# 14b (I think). In the book the page heading is "3 1/2" serial numbered gunstock sets" and none of these have S/N's, thus the letter suffix. Again, that is my best guess - I'm open to corrections. If these really are the bkc#'s with the letter, very few were made.
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.

Thats one georgious Knife Rustle! The more I look at, handle and carry the gusntock pattern, the more I like them. They just feel so stout and invincible in the hand when I use one. I really like yours a lot! Nice snag
