3. Red Sparkle, requires constant maintenance to keep from discoloring the shields and bolsters.
4. Abalone celluloid, mostly shrinkage
5. End of Day, mostly shrinkage.
6. Duckfeather, mostly shrinkage
This may be more info than you asked for and is just mine and someother collector's experience. Hope it helps.

Some day some one will take this post and make a good book to read and show these sweet photos in it. I hope. I would like to keep all Cell knives comming here for that reason.

2nd is a Bulldog Serpentine Stockman Coonstripe 1984
1 Of 36 on both.

Can't help but comment on the 2 bulldogs that are posted, the End of Day Old Chum and The coonstripe sowbelly. The old Chum was out together in 1991 of course even though the blade says 1983 and the coonstripe was made in 1993. Not the handle shrinkage on the End of Day and that there is no shrinkage at all on the coonstripe. This was what I alluded to on my earlier post that justold posted for me in this thread. Nice knives. Thanks for posting them singin46.

The shrinkage is not that bad, less than 1/64. Hardly noticable.

Not in the best shape, but the way it opens is neat. Hold the knife so that the ball bearing goes to the other end, then you press down on the blade and presto! It closes in the reverse order. Any other secret or trick openers out there? I'd like to see "em

The lord has blessed me again.
I just opened a package from heaven to find 3 SUPER CELLS.
This took some time but good things come to those that wait.
Glennbad is the man that mad my day today...

Very striking those are!

My discomfort with celluloid could stem from horror stories I've heard about the material, I've never owned one myself.

Are they Imperial knives? If so, don't they have history with Schrade?

Now talk about a fine looking pocket knives, there are three perfect examples for everyone. Those are about as nice a 50's celluloid as anyone is going to see, thanks for sharing them with us Ken.
