Welcome to AAPK (fixed blades too  ).

Pictures are very important, otherwise we folks are just guessing.

That said, a fist with 3 arrows was also a mark of importer Precise International, just like the knife in your other thread. Precise had knives made in Solingen, Germany, as well as Japan, by several different cutleries, beginning in the 1950s up until the late 1990s, I believe. Hunting knives, and "Bowie" styled hunting knives in particular. These knives were imported by the thousands upon thousands, and as such are not really valuable...except as using knives.

bill is correct. the knives with the fist and arrows were made by voos, schlieper, agents for wenger in germany. these were imported by precise from 1954-1966. i have several fixed blades by voos and they are good steel.

Thank you for the prompt replies. I am not realy a collector yet. So my wife thinks. The only hand made knife so far is an Josh Applegate of Arkansas. I will need to find an image hosting site.
