My first ebay knife "win"

Post by karmasabish »

I won this little beauty today...i went on there to find something classic with stag handles and ended up with this guy. I love to carry stuff that's just a bit different than the usual, still on the lookout for stag handled stockman or congress. Maybe i'll get a barlow or jack in stag...i don't have either of those patterns...

Anyway, can't wait till it arrives!!

Let us know if the pictured knife is the actual one you receive. I can never tell from their auctions if the knife they have pictured is the one for sale, or a representative sample.

I think Digital Freaks and Deadwood Knives are the same outfit, they both use the same pictures for the knives and both are auctioned at the same time.

They are indeed the same outfit, and on a side note, check the Deadwood Knives regular website before you do a "buy it now" from them on the bay, as they sometimes have the same knife for less on their site, probably to defray the cost of listing on the bay …

this is very good to know, and great advice. Luckily I paid only a buck more at auction price than the listed price on their website, so i don't feel like i got ripped off. Certainly "someone" had their high bid set at the exact price of the knife from the website...not exactly a "win" but hey that's fine by me. i'm pretty darned excited for this little guy to arrive ::ds::
