Making an offer in AAPK stores

Post by Railsplitter »

If an AAPK store owner has a “Make Offer” option in one of their listings, can the seller counteroffer or is it either accept or decline?

It’s got wires that vibrate and give music.

In standard business law, like real estate dickering, a counter offer is a rejection of the original offer so if after you do not accept the counter offer the seller recontacts you saying he has decided to accept your offer then you are not obligated to make the purchase. That is also logical because by then you might have spent your money on a different knife.
