Help with ID of tuxedo. Knife

This is a recent purchase and I bought it because it’s a mystery. Can anyone help me ID the fish hook and T Q F tang stamp ??? Other side reads “ w??? Bros. Celebrated Cutlery”. No country !

Hey Herbva,
Got my box this morning. You sure did get a lot into that box. Some good, some better and lots of POS. 32 knives, one watch and one comb. Need the comb! I’m bald. Anyway, thanks for the number of knives, if not the quality.
