A couple Camillus blanks finished out

Post by orvet »

I picked up a dozen Camillus blanks on ebay about 3 weeks ago. I am not sure what the pattern names are, I haven't found them yet, but I decided to finish out a couple of them.

The large blank had a gut hook on it, which I don't really care for, so I removed it. I put a Thuya burl on it for the handle.

The small blank I finished out with Cocobolo. It would make a great caper or a nice Bird & Trout knife.

Yeah Dale, the top one. Very nice ! ::tu::

So I guess you'll have to start making sheaths pretty soon.

The work just never ends !
