Show Us Your Camillus Knives!

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Here is a decent example of a Camillus Office knife.
It flew under the radar on ebay, it only got 2 bids.
I got it for $1.29 and $5 shipping.

While not as nice as Vit's Office Knife, I was pretty pleased with it.
I even left the patina alone and have not cleaned it.
I was pretty happy with the price! ::ds::

Those are pretty nice knives, Vit. I have a couple of them. Yours looks extremely nice ::tu:: ::tu:: And, they can still be had for just a little bit of money.

That's about what I paid for the one's that I have. They had the shrinky-dinky handle material on them and I had them rehandled by Elvis, and they turned out Grrrrrrrrr8.

I bought these when they first appeared in a local gun store.
I had about 3 or 4 more but gave them away. I used one of them and lost two out of the 3 sharpening rods. Young and foolish.
Anyway they are really solid, hefty trappers.
I like them now more than when I first got them!

Jerry,

It's really simple with me. I never have and will never post a knife in the forums thats for sale. They are all from my personnel collection. Only the knives you see in my store are for sale ::nod::

I was just pokin' at ya Keith. ::poke:: Probably should have added a couple of smiley faces. ::facepalm:: But that is a good thing to know. BTW, it's a fine looking knife.

I just got this one in for the 72 pile. A little Mothers and she looks like a new one. (pic is before Mothers)

Love that 716s, really nice. I've never seen that model.

That 72 looks pretty darn good without a cleanup! Nice.

Camillus 10 I picked up at a flea market yesterday! I am getting hooked on looking for these older knives at flea markets for collecting and using.
