A little scripture for the day.....

Two knives & 5 hogs. What am I missing?

It is not the number of knives, it is the handle material. Poor photography, but they are pearl knives. Growing up, I would hear my mother quote this scripture when the situation called for it.

It's been about 25 years ago but I've been there. Stayed in my buddy's parents trailer in Cortez, just across the bridge from Bradenton Beach. Anna Maria Island on the north end of that barrier island is a wonderful place as is Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach. If provided the opportunity, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Not very often I have a Mercedes UNIMOG in my shop, this one is a beautiful, 1967 Model 406.

I imagine that could take you anywhere on the planet.

That's a serious lookin' truck! I noticed it has a snorkel, too. Never seen one of those in real life.

They are awesome, full time 4wd, 3 speed transfer case, 6 cyl diesel, front and rear hydraulics and PTO's.

Here is a pic of the Chateau Elan Winery in Braselton, GA. I drove down for a Mercedes event, drove 4200 miles in 5 days, staying two days at the resort, so only 3 days of driving.
