All About Pocket Knives

That's my fourth KUTMASTER variation
and I think it's older than the other three.
But.....

A few days ago, this became the latest addition to my CAMILLUS 72 variation/clone collection. It's another CAMILLUS 72 "YELLO-JAKET", 3 blades, swelled center, yellow handles, 3 5/8" closed, "whittler" pocket knife. I gave it a minor cleaning, I took some pictures and here it is.

Today I add this pocket knife to my CAMILLUS 72 variation collection. It is another ULSTER 63, 3 blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, "whittler" pocket knife. It needed a very minor cleaning. I took a few pictures and here it is.

I happened up on this Stanley out in the bay....
So.....I figured I would go ahead and reel it in.....

Great grab Mike, lots of blade left there. Has it ever been sharpened?

Well, in a couple of the close-ups, if it was ever sharpened, it was done nicely......

........I think I had one of these, but I guess I gifted it to someone!!!.................. ...................

Skip nice addition to your growing collection. You keep on adding to your cutlery collection pretty soon we’ll have to come out and put an addition on . Thanks for sharing your cutlery with us!

My first CAMILLUS 72 variation for the year 2021 and it is a hard to find one. In fact, I had no idea that it even existed.
It is a ROYAL BRAND USA, 3 blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, "whittler" pocket knife. Goins says 1914-1954.
It needed a little cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Congratulations Skip. That's a first for me too. The knife has a Schrade vibe to it.

Just an fyi, there is a bone handled Ole Smoky 72 on ebay right now with a $40 buy it now price. Listed as ' Camillus New York USA 72 knife' . Great price for a wonderful knife. Has the box.
