So long bucket list, I'm done now!
Well I guess I can finally admit that I always had a crush on her. She's just as pretty as I remember, but who is that feller with her ?

Before it was Mobil, it was Magnolia Petroleum Company. The shape of the ashtray is the shield of the Mobil Company

.
Puts the answer to that question to rest. So obvious that no one else noticed.

Reminds me of a TV show called "If walls could talk". Like you said "who last held that hammer and what had it done before it was in the ground?" Thanks for showing your "new" hammer. Treefarmer

The head is about 6 oz
Can't remember what kind of wood the handle is, smelled like bloodwood. Not sure how it will hold up, we'll see I guess.

A man after my own heart. I can't bear to see a hammer go to waste. Might explain why I have in excess of 60 of them from 1oz. Up to 20lb in most any shape I can find.

Thanks Dimitri.

..I also want to thank you for turning me on to one of the bottles on ebay!!
Whats the odds of having 2 of those watches fall into your hands in less than a year.
The first one was given to me from my Father who had purchased it from a yard sale.. this one I traded for from a Friend.. who had no idea that I had received one previously.

A friend of mine has this, anyone know the value?? I may be able to buy it.
Its an old FireCrackerCannon, works. Pat in Dec.1887, aprox. 5 lbs, and 14", (4" tall)
The six spokes wheel I am told help date it as an older one. Any help on this guys?

Huge spread on those things Trevor. I've seen some go for $50, and some clear up into the thousands. You'll probably have to research that specific cannon to get the best idea of it's value. The more expensive ones tend to be ornate with lots of detail. If there's a name on it, there are collectors who specialize in those and you can most likely find info online.
Looks like a pretty neat little cannon. Have you tried firing it yet?
