Merry Christmas everybody. Really hope it's a good day for all of you and the families. All the best to you and yours. Felt like getting back on the GEC train for a long ride.

I’d say about 90% of my EDCs are GEC knives. I’m kinda like Ivoryman in that I open the drawer each day and whichever speaks to me, gets the nod. I’ll confess that sometimes I double up if I can’t decide on a single. I also consider what I’m doing for the day and that really plays a part in deciding why to carry.

That's the kind of group I like to see. Wow, what cool knives you have. Love the 66 Calf Roper Stockman. Great run. And the 92 Talon single Wharn. And the 57 Half Whittler. And the 34 Humpback Wharn. Fabulous bunch. Great pics too. Keep 'em coming. ::tu:: ::tu:: ::super_happy::

Thank you, Ivoryman…I’ve got a few more in the user drawer…let’s see if I’ve got more pics. By the way, I don’t put a patina on all my knives which is usually the result of cutting food. Those without a patina get a very light coat of Balistol before being put away awaiting another turn.

Especially like the Blade Forums 86, the Waynorth 93, and the smooth yellow Banana bone 35 in that set. But they're all beauties, nice group of great knives. You have great taste in GECs for certain. ::tu:: ::tu::  .

Go back and forth on this one. Sometimes I think it's too big for pocket carry. Some times I like having a bigger knife. The blonde wood is calling.

Honeymoon stage for the horse apple Hogan. Love the light weight wood covers to keep the weight down on a big folder. And the blonde color.

Thanks Bud, a lovely combo that never would have happened without you. I like the longer wharn than on my 62 half Congress. Also like the large wide spear on your old 85 and a narrow pointy Wharn. Love having a little pen blade too. Very useful 3. Thanks again my friend.

If you say it’s got nice patina; I know it’s the truth. You have many gorgeous examples. ::tu::
