I'm just a crabby old b______. At first I thought it was just my knife but now it looks like all the red stag Bullet Jack's look that way. That shiny polish puts me in the mind of a coat of high gloss polyurethane. I like the knife just fine. In fact, better than just fine. Actually, I like most all the GEC's just fine.

Just my opinion on an opinion forum.

Geez, Joe. All knives had to be new at one time. If some of us didn't like new knives, there would be no old knives.

Same with you and me. I don't know about you but if I had my druthers, I'd druther be new than old but I'm not so now I'm glad some like the old ones. ::nod::

Monk:

That's some sweeeeeeet stag!

The handle match is really good, too!

Wish I'd noticed that one when I picked up the ram.

Hey, thanks for your assist on the photos.

You know I'm a dummy when it comes to computers and posting photos, so I really appreciate your help.

Don't think I posted my new ones in a while. I finally picked up one of GEC's linerlock knives and it works great. The slight extra thickness is nice too. My collection of #85s... and I also picked up a pair of EDC #72s with Burnt Grizzly jigged bone. Some small fractures but otherwise look and work great. Now I'm waiting on the conductors to come in.
