I'm not sure how to pick a favorite as I love all the ones I have. If I had to, I'd probably pick the #48s.

Got this slip joint in the mail the other day; I think it's got some real nice stag on it! I was very lucky to get it, as these went blindingly fast!!!! ::ds::

That rams horn sure looks good. Were you able to hand pick it? I love the warm orange tones to it. Most of what I've seen on GECs looks lighter and "pinkish" in color.

No, Mike picked this one out for me. He gave me one that had some character. The orange comes through in the sunlight. Here's the pile side in the sun and the mark side in indirect light.

Its held up well for me but I can't give a true report on that. I normally carry them in one of the felt pouches that come with Canal Street's knives to help keep the knife upright in my pocket. Its really smooth on its own so it sides down easily. Snakewood is supposed to be one of the harder woods out there as well.
