UPDATE: 2023, How is the current economy affecting your knife buying?

My grandpa once told me poor people have poor ways .In hard times egg sandwiches were always a go to source .survivalist food that kept the lights and heat ion .when potted meat now 1.50 a can .hot dogs 5.00 a pack it’s time for a tea party if you ask me . I have not bought a knife this year .

Even cup of noodles are over a $1.50 now. Dang man it’s a durn noodle!!! Gimme a break!!

How much are eggs in your neck of the woods?

R.R. if 'en them there chickens is yours I reckon' you got what they would call "the chickens that laid the golden eggs" You must be rolling in the !!! Maybe so much cash laying about you could buy and send a few GEC pieces the way of some less fortunate AAPK members...like poor old TOPDOG... just as a simple example for illustrative purposes... so to speak...

I've cut back on my knife buying. Since getting a taste of quality from companies like Spyderco and Benchmade, I can't bring myself to buy beater knives like Eafengrow.

I'm still buying, but not as often.
