The destination of my outgoing was Hawaii. Sure wish I could have delivered it in person.

The package which I sent out on Saturday brought back fond memories of when I was a boy. A friend and I used to walk to the edge of town to the landfill. We used our .22 rifles to shoot at the swollen festering carcasses in the 'gut pit to watch/hear/smell the ghastly malodorous results. Good fun, then and now.

I had to go out to the septic tank to find some real treasure! Watch out Terry, its coming your way tomorrow!
Gary that must be a real pile of poo coming from the Islands! I hear some sort of freak tsunami may hit the coast of California! I've battened down the hatches and covered all the windows....... I think I'm ready. Let her rip Gary!

Randy --- Maybe he'll just wait until Tuesday when what I sent arrives, then take what I sent to him, turn around and ship it to you.
I've read that Hawaii has some stringent waste disposal regulations.

Guess I had better get a new filter for my gas mask.

Re: 2018 POS Roundtable
Doug (rexstubbins) - The "dirty dozen" will be making it's way to you later today and it should be there by Thursday unless the postal inspectors find it too offensive. I've worked hard to set aside what I consider to be world-class POS but you'll have to judge that for yourself. Thanks for playing and please don't hold these against me, I'm sure they can be used in future POS roundtables.
Greg - I look forward to your shipment as I've never come across a POS that I couldn't hoard until the next POS Roundtable
Jerry - Thanks again for organizing this "Spring Cleaning" event, your efforts are very much appreciated!

Tom I know you're a Boy Scout kind of guy so I tried to stick to that theme so BE PREPARED! Might even be a user or two in there. Thanks Greg - I'll send a warning message to our letter carrier today to be on the lookout for a left-handed smoke shifter (it's a Boy Scout thing).

Re: 2018 POS Roundtable
Bladebuddy I want to go ahead and apologize to you right now for the box of &%#t that I put in the mail to you today. I feel like I've had a complete colon cleanse after sliding that package of poo across the counter at the post office today. Afterward the guilt began to build. It may be too much crap for any one man to be burdened with. If so, I'm sorry. Since it's too late to stop it now, here's the tracking number so at least you can prepare for when it splashes down at your place. 9505 5100 1186 8120 1360 46
I must say since I returned home, the house does smell nicer.

Your package of poo left the drain tank today. Keep an eye out for it. Or don't.

I thought I smelled something comin' from the mailbox. Your package arrived today Cal and thanks is in order. In addition to crappy knives from various chithole countries which I will treasure forever, the really neat texas toothpick tie tack will ride a place of honor somewhere on my person. The little loupe and flashlight are useful too. And thanks for the UNPOS knives a nice mini copperlock ( I luv them) and the Russell Barlow. Thanks Cal.tongueriver wrote:The package which I sent out on Saturday brought back fond memories of when I was a boy. A friend and I used to walk to the edge of town to the landfill. PS I've always wanted a butterfly knife to remind me of those days long ago in Olongapo and Subic City. I just never realized they came that loose.

I see by the tracking number that Jody744 has had my box delivered to his abode. We should be hearing the howls of indignation from him anytime soon.

Did someone request pictures? There is an old Camillus rope knife in there, a TL 29, Case mini, German made Russell Barlow, the butterfly, the lockback single, scout knife, SAK knockoff and some penknives. Note the tie tac in the second pic. That will go on my AAPK ballcap when I get one.

Re: 2018 POS Roundtable
I do have a question about one of the above knives. The Buck lookalike in front is a Sabre but made in the USA. Did Buck make theses? Seems very well made.
