Looks good!
I soak 'em in a cooler, husk on, for about an hour so, then put 'em on the grill, husk intact. All that moisture in the husk steams the corn, but allows the smoke to permeate enough to get that grilled flavor. I don't like dry, hard, burnt kernels that come from grilling sans husk, but that's me.

Pull off all the leafy/floppy portions of the husk, along with as much silk as you can without peeling back the husk, before soaking.
Rotate every so often to prevent burning one side. The husk will brown, but you don't want it burnt black.

Do you suppose someone made a customized clock weight? You know like the ones that look like pine cones on the cuckoo type clock with the chains.
