Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
Hmmmm….. rounded area on bottom in front of the trigger guard could be a hinge. Hard to tell with all the embellishments. Topbreak ? Cylinder has little depth so it has to be a small caliber. Possibly a
22 ? I thought it was made that way and not a customized S&W. Treefarmer realized it was a modified S&W, a very keen observation on his part. I couldn’t see it.

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
Oscar, I agree, the fancied up little revolver most likely is a .32.
Boji, I know what happens when you assume something, but am I correct in assuming it's a double action?
The grips are a puzzle also, how are they fastened to the frame?

Smith & Wesson Model 4, 32 cal, double action. All the fancy work is Tiffany!
Here is a great article and pictures of the guns that Tiffany "dolled up"

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
Going off topic for a moment, a neighbor of mine has a S&W “lemon squeezer” revolver in perfect condition. It was an inheritance so he won’t sell it (I asked). He’s passing it along as a family heirloom which I can understand. Only one I’ve seen in person. Obsolete perhaps but very cool.
As to the last post, I agree with Treefarmer. Looks like Keltec to me also. KS7 or KSG shotgun ? Can’t tell from the angle of the picture if it’s single or double tube.

Heres a good one…..
Note: black smudge on grip is where I edited the photo to cover a makers mark that might give it away.

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
Hmmmm. This is a dilemma for me but I’m so impressed that you recognized it, I’ll give you the win !
It’s a a Danish Lahti by design BUT they didn’t make this one. As is common in wartime, other companies (not necessarily firearms companies) are contracted to make additional weapons to meet high demands). The company logo I covered up was Husqvarna. Same company that makes dirt bikes, lawnmowers, chainsaws etc. Husqvarna made this Lahti M40.
I’d have a better chance hitting the Powerball lottery than ever getting a Singer 1911 !
Well done Boji.
PS I’m persistent. I’ll stump you yet !!!!

I also saw the Husqvarna connection. Viking sewing machines are also made by Husqvarna. I have one.

Once again I blacked out the logo on the grips.
