Not yet. Today we were running the engine and measured the thrust. It lacks a little power and leftt my father in law to think about it. Perhaps the problem is in the propeller, but who am I to advise an aviation colonel.

While in the Air Force, I just fixed 'em to keep 'em flying.
I worked on the avionics - automatic flight controls (autopilot), flight instruments, navigation systems. I really enjoyed it.

That's pretty neat! Just have your father in law, take a few sacks of potatoes up, in the back seat, first!

My youngest daughter's wedding last week on Saint Thomas in the Virgin Islands. Their first dance as husband and wife.

Charlie the wedding was at Magens Bay. All I got to see of Saint Thomas was traveling from the cruise ship over a big ridge and down the other side to Magens Bay. Thankfully I did not have to drive (on the left side of the road up and down narrow, hair pin curves with steep drop-offs. )
