CLUE:this company had a 125th anniversary celebration in 1936 and produced catalogs until at least some time in the mid to late 1950's

This one is going to be a little different.I just received this knife in the mail 10 minutes ago.I bid and won this knife without knowing who the actual maker is ,I believe I know who made it.I tried to copy and paste the ebay auction but I can't do it.Here is the ebay listing number in case you want to look at it on ebay. no# 114371018184 the seller is Knifehunter57 , the title was Vintage Folding Knife ( New York ). In the description it said the knife was lightly marked" Closeout New York".Looking at the knife I believed the name was incorrect so I bid on the knife.I was the only bidder at $9.99.
I would call it an interframe Cattle knife, I will now post this and then go look at the knife closely to see who the maker is.

Roger I will give you half credit,When I saw the punch blade I figured it was a Robeson,It was made by Robeson but has a different tang stamp.
