Veterans Welcome Aboard! Check in Here.

Welcome to AAPK's Veteran’s Forum. This is a place where veterans can meet, get to know one another better, perhaps swap a story or two, and share any recent information that they have acquired from the Veterans Administration, DoD and Veterans Service Organizations, including but not limited to, DAV, AMVETS, VFW, American Legion, PVA, and MOPH. Another good source of information are branch specific organizations.
We will have a voluntary CHECKING IN topic where you can introduce yourself, years serve and branch or branches of service. Welcome Aboard!

We've had so many new people here, maybe there are some vets among you that would like to share your service with us.

Guys I hope you don’t mind, but I have to brag a little here. I don’t know how many seen this on the news recently, but my son was honored to be one of the casket barrers for this long overdue laying of rest. In the added picture my son is carrying the front right corner (so the one on the left as you are looking straight ahead). These young men do these funerals day in and day out. They take this job very seriously. This is the same crew that was honored to receive the 4 soldiers that died in Lithuania several weeks ago. I am proud that he is part of such an honored group.
