I was surprised that Buck was offering the Marksman for the Buck of the Month for August 2025, so I jumped on one of the 500 being made, and my son got one too. They sold out in a day. I've got two other Marksman, one is a prior BOTM and the other is not.

The Marksman is lightening fast to open and with the Strong Lock System, has a solid lockup for safety.

Mine has shipped USPS and is slated to arri e next Tuesday. For USPS, that could mean +/- 3 days either way.

Here is my EDC Marksman that is a primary in my carry rotation.

 Wow! Those are some awesome additions Gentlemen! ::nod:: ::tu:: :D

I finally ordered something new for my EDC rotation. Been carrying one of these daily in plane red for several years now because I use the tooth pick a lot. Thinking I lost the one I had fallen in love with, I started looking for a replacement & ran across this one. Then my faithfull red Victorinox Classic showed up in the wash machine. So now I don't need to replace it but I really liked this one so I decided to get it anyways. After all, you can never have too many knife options. ::nod::  ::tu::

Add: And I think I will add this MD keychain as a lanyard. ::tu:: ::nod:: ::super_happy::

Yes it is mate. I really like Olive wood as knife covers, has so much depth of character. Looking forward to getting my hands on it. :)
