Doing some wine tasting near Front Royal currently, Pro-tech Strider in pocket. Gorgeous Fall day here.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

What a beautiful knife that is.
Being Excelsior it could have been made in Torrington, Connecticut. 1880 - 1884 ....
Before they were owned by Northfield. Just down the road.

Garry!
I certainly can see the appeal in your Case, and those smooth red covers do look fine.
Is that Lebanon, Kentucky in the background, and if so you live in one beautiful location, is that the scenery you wake-up to everyday, if it is you are blessed.
You are well equipped for your day, Jtx, you're ready for just about anything that comes your way.
Very cool accessories too.
Ike!
That knife is almost identical to the model in your avatar, one would be hard pressed to choose just one.
I've got it, you can carry both.
Two more beauties there, David, you sure seem to have an unending supply of knives, and so far all are gorgeous.
Please keep em' comin'.
Speaking of scenery, John, if that's what you wake-up to each day you have even Garry beat.
I love those rolling hills, and there's NO snow either.
I almost forgot to comment on your knife I was so caught-up with the background, great knife to play with as you take in the view.

Carrying a -32 today, smaller version of the -92.
Great looking cutlery everyone!
I'm going with these two for the next week or so.

Appreciate your comment.Kimzilla wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2023 6:56 am Very nice, what are the handles on that Kissing Crane called? It looks like toad skin to me. I would consider that some sort of "jigging" style but I don't know much. I've always had a pension for the color yellow, so that Case holds a special place in my heart.
I believe the seller's discription at the time was jigged Raspberry bone.
These new age KC are made in China but the quality is very good.

Well, at least you don't have far to go to see the real thing, Garry, and I don't mean in front of your PC!Quick Steel wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2023 10:53 am Marco, tho KY has an abundance of lakes, rivers, and streams the background to my photo was provided by my computer screen.
That's an excellent screen, it had me completely fooled.
That's one nice Parker 3-blade you showed us too, I don't recall seeing that model previously anywhere, and I'm a big fan of Parker folders. Cool knife for sure!
