R.R. some old-timer told me that style main blade was developed after the Civil War for one armed veterans to open the blade off their pant's seam or pocket etc..etc.. At any rate I love that style blade and I love that knife!!! ... A great way to "stay classy" R.R.

GSP, that is true, you can hook the end of the knife on your pants pocket or table to open it using just one hand. Thanks!

Wow, that top pic shows it so shiny I thought ivory for sure. My mistake, thanks for the correction, some beautiful stag for sure. Love how it's white underneath the good color on top/bark. That's really cool stag.
